Paraphrase

Loan of silver: B owes A 5 shekels of silver, property (nikkassu) of Nabû, for the bricks (libittu) of the city wall of Borsippa. The (number of) the bricks shall be according to (akî) the promissory note (u’iltu) of C. B will count (manû) the bricks in a pile (amaru) and give them to A. 2 witnesses (including Nādinu/Nabû-mukīn-zēri//(Ea-)ilūtu-bāni) and the scribe.
