Paraphrase

Receipt of silver for urāšu-service: A, on behalf of (ana muhhi) C, receives from B the payment for the urāšu-service to tow boats (šadādu) at the harbour (kāru), as much as is the share (zittu) of C. The payment is for the period from Simān (III) Darius 30th year until Arahsamna (VIII) of Darius 32nd year. 4 witnesses (including Nabû-bullissu/Nabû-mukīn-zēri and Libluṭ/Itti-Nabû-balāṭu, both from the Ilī-bāni family) and the scribe.
