Paraphrase

Loan of silver: B owes A 50 shekels of silver by 1/8 alloy (bitqu) per shekel, without interest (qaqqadu). The house of B, which borders on the house of C, is placed as a pledge. It is pledged to the creditor in lieu of paying interest (antichretic pledge). A will live in the house for 2 years. He will repair (batqu ṣabātu) the walls (asurrû) made of clay. Anything which is given in addition to (elat) ½ shekels of silver for the wetting down the clay roof (šinītu), B will pay off entirely (šalāmu D-stem). 3 witnesses (Arad-Bēl/Mušēzib-[…]//Nūr-Papsukkal, Nabû-ēreš/Zēr-Bābili//(Ea-)ilūtu-bāni and Arad-Bēl/Marduk-nāṣir/(Ea-)ilūtu-bāni) and the scribe.
