Paraphrase

Lease of land for gardening: B rents for gardening (ana nukaribbūti ṣabātu) the arable land (zēru) belonging to A1 and A2 for 3 years. The rented land is located above (elēnu) the street (harrānu). The tenant guarantees (pūtu našû) for the digging (herû) of the field  after moistening (labku) of the soil, for the border (miṣru) and akkullātu-formation, for the digging of of the ditches (harru) and drain channels (ārittu) and for the watering (šaqû ša mê) of the land. He guarantees against the damage (batqu), the cutting (hepû D-stem) of the date palms (gišimmaru) and against their decrease (kuppupu) and leaving them lying fallow (puššuhu). For each square kor of land they dig out (herû) they will enjoy (akālu) 5 kor of wages in dates (sissinnu). A2 will divide (zâzu) the palm-frond ribs (huṣābu) of the entire land with A1 and raise (elû Š-stem) them. 2 witnesses and the scribe.
