Paraphrase

Loan of dates: B1 and B2 owe to A 6;2 kor (1,152 l) of barley, impost (imittu) of the irrigation district (tamirtu) Qutānu. They will give the barley in its entirety in Ayyār (II) in Borsippa. The remainder of the main part of the tablet is heavily broken. 2(+) witnesses and the scribe. In addition they will also give 0;1.3 kor parched grain (qayātu) and 2 bundles (makṣaru) (of straw).
