Paraphrase

Loan of dates: B owes A 12 kor (2,160 l) of dates, impost (imittu) of the palm groves (gišimmaru), harvest of the field (ebūr eqli) of the irrigation district (tamirtu) of Ṭābanu, at a ratio of 5 measures (mašīhu) for 1 kor. He will give the dates in their entirety in Arahsamna (VIII) in the house of A, according to the measure of A. For each kor he will also give one load of palm-frond ribs (huṣābu) and palm-leaf baskets (tuhallu). The (tax of the) work (dullu) and (the service of) the agricultural supervisor (gugallu) are not yet paid (eṭēru Stat.). 2 witnesses and the scribe.
