Lease of a house: fA rents out to B a house adjoining the house of C for 3 ½ shekels of silver rent (idū) per year which will be paid on a monthly basis. B will give the daily (gift) of Enlil, kīnayātu-gifts and a date palm product (šugarrû). B is responsible for performing maintenance work (batqu ṣabātu) and the renewing of the roof (ūru šanû) within 3 years. The one who violates (nabalkutu) the agreement will pay a compensation (târu D-stem) of 5 shekels of silver. 2 witnesses (including Mušēzib-Bēl/Zēr-Bābili//(Ea-)ilūtu-bāni) and the scribe. The house is at the disposal (ina pāni) of B from the 1st of Tašrīt (VII) onwards.
