Paraphrase

Division of inheritance: Tablet of inheritance (ṭuppi zitti), which the brothers A1, A2 and A3 divide (zâzu) among each other. 3/5 kor (eblu) (8,100 m2) of the garden (kirû) above (elēnu), located at the Oven Gate (bāb kīri) in the hanšû-land Illûa//Ilūtu-bāni, belongs to (pāni dagālu) A1. 3/5 kor of the garden beneath (šupālu), which adjoins (the marsh of) Aṣūnu, and 4 minas of silver as equalising payment (takpurtu), belong to A2 and A3. For all three brothers it is said that seed grain (zēru), additional payment (atru) and rations (kurummatu) from their part of the garden belong to them. 2 witnesses (including Nergal-ēṭir//(Ea-)ilūtu-bāni) and the scribe.
