Paraphrase

Loan of silver: B owes A [x] amounts of silver with 1/8 alloy (bitqu) per shekel, without interest (qaqqadu). fC, slave of B, is placed as a pledge and will serve A.
She is pledged to the creditor in lieu of paying interest (antichretic pledge). The silver which is intended for D and for which fC was taken as a pledge has been paid. 2 witnesses (including Nabû-ēṭir-napšāti/Šumāya//Ea-ilūtu-bāni) and the scribe. Broken clause mentioning B.
