Paraphrase

Loan of silver: The brothers B1 and B2 owe A 3+ minas of silver by 1/12 alloy per shekel (1 šiqil girê) and 1 mina of silver by 1/8 alloy (bitqu) per shekel, without interest (qaqqadu). The loan will bear an (yearly) interest (hubullu) of 6 shekels of silver per mina (10% p.a.) to be paid on a monthly basis. Each is responsible for the other (ištēn pūtu šanû našû). 1 witness (Nādinu/Nabû-iqbi//Ilī-bāni) and the scribe.
