Paraphrase

Loan of dates in the scope of a business partnership: B1 and B2 owe A1 and A2 dates and vats of beer, equivalent of 2 minas of silver. They will pay the debts in barley at the entrance of the warehouse (bāb kalakki). B1 and B2 are to share any proceeds of the funds. Witnesses and the scribe.
