Paraphrase

Broken loan of dates: fB1 and B2 owe A [x];1 kor (36+ l) dates, impost (imittu), harvest of the field (ebūr eqli) of Bāb-surri. A pledge is placed. They will pay the dates in Arahsamna (VIII) in the house of A, according to the measure (mašīhu) of the king. They will also give loads of palm-frond ribs (huṣābu). The (service of the) agricultural supervisor (gugallu) is not yet paid (eṭēru Stat.). This is apart from (elat) 1 kūṣayu date palm. Witnesses and the scribe.
