Letter of Balāṭu to Zēr-Bābili about the fact that he has nothing and that Zēr-Bābili shall pay 1 1/4 shekels of silver of the last and the present year to fUbartu who shall bring it (to Balāṭu). The whereabout of fUbartu is known by Mār-bīti-šumu-uṣur.
