Paraphrase

Loan of silver: B owes A1 3 ½ minas of silver. The debt is secured by the pledge of the garden of B, which is located between the cities of Kiš and Hursag-kalamma and borders on (the property of) C. Since A2, son of A1, has given the promissory note (uˀiltu) at the expense of (ša muhhi) the debtor B, in replacement of the purchase price of 1 mina and 14 shekels of silver to D, B shall pay the silver to D. 11 witnesses and the scribe.
