Paraphrase

Loan of silver: B owes A [x] amount of silver without interest (qaqqadu). Beginning with the current day, the debt bears an interest of 1/12 shekel silver per shekel (8.33% p.a.). The debt is secured by the pledge of the entire assets (mimmû) of B. 5 witnesses and the scribe.
