Settlement of a dispute concerning the purchase of a prebend: A1 and A2 purchased the prebend of the brewer (sirāšūtu) before Bēltia for 5 days, from the 20th to the 25th of [x] month, for 1 mina and 15 shekels of silver in pieces (šibirtu) from B. This prebend, however, has already been purchased by C from D, with E, (if restored correctly) brother of D, being the guarantor (pūtu našû). The dispute will be settled between B and E in Ayyār (II) of the following year in favour of A1 and A2, while B will be charged with interest beginning with Simān (III). 2+ witnesses (and the scribe).
