Paraphrase

Loan of silver: B owes A [x] minas and 43 shekels of silver without interest (qaqqadu). Beginning with the following month, that is, Tašrīt (VII), the debt will bear an interest of 1/5 shekel of silver per shekel (20% p.a.). The share of the prebend (isqu) of B is placed as a pledge. 5 witnesses and the scribe.
