Paraphrase

Settlement of a dispute between father and son: Father B and his son A have mutually agreed upon (gamālu D, see comment Zadok and Zadok 2005: 626–7) that 735 square cubits (183.75 m2) of land located in front of the city gate which has been given to C1 as well as 392 square cubits (98 m2) of a house bordering on the house of D which have been given to C2, together with 4 minas of silver, belong to A. 8 witnesses (including Šamaš-zēru-iqīša/Arkāt-ilī-damqāti, governor [šākin ṭēmi] of Borsippa; Nabû-nādin-šumi/Nūr-Papsukkal, temple-enterer [ērib bīti] and bishop [šatammu] of Ezida) and the scribe, also identified as writer of the tablet (šāṭir ṭuppi).
