Partly transfer of dowry: On the basis of the document (u’iltu) concerning 4 minas of silver, dowry (nudunnû) of fC, A receives from (his father-in-law) B1 ½ mina of silver. 2 witnesses (Iqīša/Dayyān-Marduk, father of A, and Bazuzu, son of B1) and the scribe. The transaction is concluded in the presence of (ina ašābi) fB2, mother of the bride fC and wife of B1. Each party has taken one (exemplar of the text) so there should be no retracting (enû).
