Establishment of a business partnership: A invests 10 minas of silver and B invests 5 1/3 minas of silver with stamp-mark (kaspu ša ginni) by 1/8 alloy (bitqu) per shekel for a business partnership (harrānu) with B and C as active partners. C will run the business (našpartu alāku) instead of his brother A and together with B. Whatever they will generate from (ina muhhi) the sum of 15 1/3 minas of silver, A and B each will enjoy (akālu) a half share (ahi zitti) in the profit (utru). Beginning with Dûzu (IV), B and C will yearly pay 20 shekel of silver from the commonly held property (karû) as rent (idū) for the house to A. 4 witnesses and the scribe.
