Establishment of a business partnership: A invests 8 minas of silver for a business partnership (harrānu) with B and C as active partners. C will run the business (našpartu alāku) instead of his brother A and together with B. Whatever B will generate from (ina muhhi) the 8 minas of silver, he and C each will enjoy (akālu) a half share (ahi zitti) in the profit (utru). B shall not make extra costs (etēquetēqu) without the consent of A. B guarantees (pūtu našû) for the payment of the invested silver without interest (qaqqadu). 3(+) witnesses (including Šamaš-aplu-uṣur/Bēl-erība, father of B, and Nergal-šumu-iddin/Iqīša //Ṣahit-ginê) and the scribe (name lost).
