Paraphrase

Loan of silver: B1 and B2 owe A 1 mina of cut silver (kaspu nuhhutu) by 1/8 alloy (bitqu) per shekel. The debt bears a monthly interest of one shekel silver per mina (20% p.a.). Each is responsible for the other (ištēn pūt šanî našû); the one who is available (qerbu) must pay (eṭēru). 3 witnesses and the scribe.
