This document states that he will build a reed hut (bīt huṣṣi) from the entrance of this house (pānat bābi) to its way out (mūṣu), and lay bricks for its foundations. Should he fail to do so, the lessors B1, fB2 and fB3 will receive 4 shekels of silver each year as rental price, instead of the construction work on the house. Name of 1 witness and the scribe.
