Paraphrase

Establishment of a business partnership (harranu).
A1 and A2 establish a business partnership in which A1 invests 2(?) minas of silver and A2 ½ mina and 7 shekels of silver. The partners agree that they will share equally (ahata šunu) in the profits that A2 makes with the silver (ina muhhi A2 atāru) in or out of town.  A2 is accountable (ana muhhi elû) if he spends more than 4 (or is it 5?) shekels for expenses (ana etēqi etēqu). Names of 3 witnesses and the scribe.
