It is pledged to the creditors in lieu of paying interest (antichretic pledge). The contract is drawn up in the presence (ina mahar) of 8 witnesses (including the judges [dayyānu] Iltaptūku, Iqīša-Marduk, Iddin-Bēl and Zēria). No scribe is expliticely mentioned.
